Had my first mochi experience
If you don’t know what they are, they’re a Japanese dessert. It’s basically ice cream inside of a flavored rice covering. The outside is chewy and the inside is well, creamy and delicious. They have a variety of flavors, but I just did plain old fashioned vanilla and chocolate. They were pretty good and so much fun to eat!
