Woke up this morning to the news of my area of Boston being on lockdown because one of the bombing suspects is armed, dangerous and on the loose. Needless to say, work and school is cancelled for Brian and I today, but our peace of mind is gone.

To see the police and FBI surround buildings where…

Still locked down in our apartment and the second suspect is still loose. Please lord, bring an end to this chaos and bring Boston justice.

To see the police and FBI surround buildings where I usually do my grocery shopping is extremely unsettling. We are safe in our apartment and will update later if anything new happens. 

Stay safe, Boston and do NOT leave your homes! We are “Boston Strong.”

Brian and I did not go down to Copley Square to watch the Boston Marathon (thank God). We originally planned to hang out at our favorite bar at the finish line, but we decided to stay home instead. So, so thankful that we did. 

Praying for those involved in this horrible event.
